Description
Three bedroom Cyprus traditional house with spacious
yard, nice view and shared pool.
House consists of 3 separate apartments, all with
private facilities: one studio and two one bedroom
apartments. The house is a Cyprus traditional village
family house, which has been converted into 3
spacious apartments under the village AGRO TOURISM
scheme sponsored by the Cyprus Tourist
Organization. It has its own secluded yard offering
peace and privacy to its occupants. All apartments
open out into the courtyard area and the stone
paved stairs lead to the swimming pool.
Accommodation
The House can sleep 8 persons Max. 4 in the two one bedroom apartments, 2 in the studio and two extra persons on sofa beds. The house can be rented all year around.
Facilities
All bedrooms have private facilities with showers,
WC, air conditioning, heating, TV, DVD. Comfortable
rooms decorated with traditional Cypriot materials.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen
area. The kitchenettes are equipped with a hob,
fridge, toaster and iron.
High chairs and a baby cots can be provided free of
charge as well as room service and change of linen and towels every four days.

Extra information about the house
The house is situated on the highest point of the village with
excellent sea and hill view.
The village supports all basics; a supermarket,
bank and restaurants. The location is
in the center of the island, 4 kilometers from the
beach and midway Larnaca with the major Airport and
Limassol with the biggest port in Cyprus. The main motor
way is just 2 km from the house.
This is a great advantage because it's easy to
organize day trips and see more of Cyprus.
Governor's Beach, is only 7 kilometers away; apart
of the excellent shallow beach, also offers
the spectacular white rocks area for those who like
snorkeling, boating, fishing or have a nice
walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills
near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful
sunrise. There is a grate selection of nice
restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or
dinner sitting under the trees just a few
meters away from the crystal water.
